about me

hello! my name is izi (she/her/hers).

i'm 26 y/o & reside in socal. i have a master's degree in mental health counseling & would someday love to open my own nonprofit to provide accessible & affordable mental health services to underserved populations.

calligraphy & design is what i love to do in my spare time. my design journey began with photoshop 5.0 and neopets. i first tried brush lettering in 2016 after my partner bought me a kit for christmas in july in 2016, but i found it so difficult that i didn't touch the pens for half a year! i picked up calligraphy again in early 2017 & have not stopped practicing & loving it. one day, i hope to find a balance between my career & pursuing this hobby further.
